All the custom details make a big difference. I construct each custom accessory. I hand cut all the fabrics and products used, and I surge all seams and use a single-needle stitching as opposed to the far more common (and cheaper) "double needle" stitching. I use High Heat Affix Glues that once it sets and cools will not come apart, guaranteed not to fall apart without the use of a lot of force.
